ISO 9001 : 2015
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has laid out guidelines for standardizing good quality of products, processes, and management principles for various industries. It has members in over a hundred countries worldwide. Eetamax products are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing setup. This certification ensures that we deliver the exact same product quality, performance, and reliability to our customers repeatedly. Below is our most recent ISO certification.
Bureau of Indian Standards
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), empowered through an Act of the Indian Parliament, is the national Standards Body of India. The popular ISI mark and R number are awarded by BIS upon certification of consumer products in certain categories. BIS Certification provides a third-party guarantee of quality, safety, and reliability of products to the customer.
Generally, the BIS Certification is voluntary in nature. However, considering the rapidly changing and volatile market conditions in the LED lighting industry, the Government of India has implemented the Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS). Under CRS, it is now mandatory for all lighting products being sold in India to have a valid BIS certification.
